The Beat Terms & Conditions

The AI Beat Subscription Privacy, Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Plan
  • Monthly Subscription: Subscribers will be billed monthly and gain access to all AI Beat sessions within the subscription period.

2. Session Schedule
  • Bi-Weekly Sessions: AI Beat sessions are held every other Thursday from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM EST.

  • Recordings: Recordings of each session will be emailed to the registered account and will be available until the next session.

3. Onboarding Session
  • Free Onboarding: Upon subscribing, organizations can schedule a complimentary introductory session. This session covers AI history, terminology, key players, and notable industry examples.

4. Access and Participation
  • Organizational Access: Subscription allows all employees of the registered organization to join the sessions.

  • Sister Organizations: Sister organizations are not covered under a single company's subscription. Admittance is based on a single company domain.

  • Login Details: Employees must log in with their organization's email in order to be admitted. Access details for live sessions and recordings will be sent to the registered email address.

  • Employee Count: If you consistently exceed your subscribed employee count, you will be asked to upgrade your subscription. Failure to upgrade will result in the suspension of access.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, access to sessions and recordings will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are available for any month in which the sessions have not yet occurred.

    • Once the sessions for a particular month have occurred, that month is ineligible for a refund.

    • To request a refund, please contact our support team before the sessions for the month in question have taken place.

    • Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Technical Requirements
  • Platform Access: Sessions will be conducted via a Zoom online platform. Details and instructions for accessing the platform will be provided upon subscription.

  • Equipment: Participants are responsible for having the necessary equipment (e.g., computer, internet connection) to attend the sessions.

7. Content Usage
  • Personal Use: Session content, including recordings, is intended for the personal use of the subscribing organization’s employees and may not be redistributed outside the organization.

  • Intellectual Property: All content provided during the sessions is the intellectual property of AI Beat and Grounded Logic and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
  • Data Collection: Personal and organizational data collected during the subscription process will be used solely for managing subscriptions and delivering session content.

  • Data Security: We are committed to protecting your data and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Support and Contact
  • Customer Support: For any questions or support needs, subscribers can contact our support team via support@groundedlogic.com. Existing customers can also manage their subscription at the customer portal.
